At Ripple Active, we seek out businesses built with love and service—companies that prioritize their customers, employees, and communities over extraction. We invest in these mission-driven companies and provide the support and resources they need to grow their impact and expand their ripple of good.

We work with founders/owners who want to plan an exit from their business on their own terms. We structure our acquisitions so that founders/owners and their chosen “sons or daughters” continue running their businesses with our support.  Together we plan a path for growth that sets the business up for future success and secures their legacy.

Our goal is to reduce the day to day burden of business ownership by collectively ensuring the right people are in the right roles for the next decade and by providing thoughtful operational support and specific strategic guidance. 

We dedicate the majority of our time to building a strong emotional foundation—making sure every team member is aligned with a cohesive, heart-led, high-performance vision. When this alignment is in place, most of the team experiences a deep sense of contentment.

We also provide tailored support in areas like marketing, payroll, accounting, tuck-ins, systems and processes, hiring, and operations management. Everything is tailored to the needs of the individual business.
